The nominees for the 2023 ACM Awards are out! HARDY leads the list of nominees with seven nods, including for Artist-Songwriter of the Year and Song of the Year, for his “wait in the truck” collaboration with Lainey Wilson. Wilson follows with six nods, including Female Artist of the Year and Album of the Year, for Bell Bottom Country. Kane Brown, Luke Combs, Miranda Lambert and Cole Swindell have five nominations each
Brown received his first-ever nomination for Entertainer of the Year, a category he shares with Jason Aldean, Combs, Lambert, Chris Stapleton, Carrie Underwood and Morgan Wallen. Lambert makes history with her 17th Female Artist of the Year nomination, surpassing Reba McEntire, who had 16.
The War and Treaty also received their first-ever ACM Awards nomination, for Duo of the Year. Jo Dee Messina is nominated for Music Event of the Year, for her “She Had Me At Heads Carolina [Remix]” with Swindell, marking her first ACM Awards nomination in 22 years.
Garth Brooks and Dolly Parton will host the ACM Awards ceremony. The 2023 ACM Awards will take place on Thursday, May 11 at 8:00 PM ET, streaming live on Amazon Prime Video, from Ford Center at The Star in Frisco, Texas.
