2024 ACM Awards: Megan Moroney, Nate Smith Among Early Winners

The 2024 ACM Awards are only a day away, but we already know three of the winners. Megan Moroney, nominated for a total of six ACM Awards, won her first, for New Female Artist of the Year. Nate Smith won ACM New Male Artist of the Year, and Tigirlily Gold won ACM New Duo or Group of the Year.

Moroney shared the news by posting the delicious way she was celebrating: by having Chick-Fil-A for breakfast.

Tigirlily Gold, a sister duo made up of sisters Krista and Kendra Slaubaugh, also spoke out about the honor on social media.

“We just won our first ACM AWARD!!!” they posted. “This is 11 years of long days, short nights, ups and downs, and never giving up. Thank you to the ACM Awards for this incredible honor. We are absolutely beside ourselves. More to come later.”
