There is a reason Nashville is called Music City, and a good one. The city has some of the best live music venues in the world. From tiny bars to large arenas, you don’t need to go far to find great music –– and not just country. Jazz, rock, blues and more have all found a home in and around Nashville.

Of course, no trip to Nashville would be complete with a visit to the Ryman, Grand Ole Opry and the Bluebird Cafe. While there are too many live music venues to count in and around Nashville, not to mention numerous street corners in and around lower Broadway, we’ve listed some of our favorite places here.
