Carrie Underwood Announces End of Las Vegas Residency

Carrie Underwood is ending her REFLECTION: The Las Vegas Residency next year. The 41-year-old announced on social media her final run of dates, with the last show taking place on April 12, 2025. Underwood launched her REFLECTION residency in 2021, and has continued to add dates, due to fan demand.

“These past three years have gone by so fast!” Underwood writes. “I’ve had the absolute best time performing our show REFLECTION and am extremely proud of what we created. Thank you to all the fans that have come out to see us from all over the world and continue to show us love. We look forward to seeing more of you at our final shows next year.”

In a press release announcing the news, the mother of two reflected on the experience of being part of the landscape of Las Vegas since 2021.

“I have absolutely loved performing in Las Vegas over the past three years,” says Underwood. “I am so proud of the REFLECTION production, which is truly one of my favorite shows to perform. It’s been so special to reflect on the greatest hits that have defined my career so far and to get to share them with the fans that come to Vegas from all over the world.”

Underwood also opened up about her experience as one of the most successful residency headliners in Las Vegas, in an interview with Rolling Stone.

“Having my first Las Vegas residency has really been a bucket list item that I’ve loved doing for over three years,” Underwood says. “REFLECTION has been a wonderful opportunity to look back fondly at the career I’ve had so far and to celebrate everything that is still to come.”

“Being the first artist to perform on the stage of the incredible Resorts World Theatre will be one of those special moments that I’ll always cherish,” she adds. “I love performing in Las Vegas and look forward to coming back again and again in the future.”

When designing and creating what became REFLECTION: The Las Vegas Residency, Underwood looked at the careers of two of her biggest role models: Dolly Parton and Reba McEntire,

“Sharing a legacy of putting on proper shows that, like Dolly’s and Reba’s, are extra — meaning filled with more of the glitz, glamour, extravagant wardrobe and staging that’s a part of our lives already — and tell a full, emotion and vibe-driven story with a beginning, middle and end,” Underwood previously told The Tennessean. “I’m not just showing up and singing. Instead, I’m immersing the audience in song.”
