Easton Corbin and Mark Wills will perform as part of the 5th Annual Daryle Singletary Keeping It Country Jam, taking place on Thursday, February 16, at the Nashville Palace. The two singers will be joined by Rhett Akins, Chad Brock and Andy Griggs in honoring the life and legacy of Singletary, who passed away in 2018. Outdoorsman Michael Waddell will also be in attendance, to receive the Daryle Singletary Keeping It Country Award.
“The kids and I can’t wait until this event next month. It is something we look forward to each year knowing that it keeps Daryle’s legacy alive,” Holly Singletary, widow of Singletary, says. “Daryle loved traditional country music and he loved those that supported it. He would be so proud to know that his friends continue to show up each year to ‘keep it country’.”

Corbin was a friend of Singletary, which is why he quickly signed up to join the concert in honor of the “Too Much Fun” singer.
“I love Daryle Singletary,” Corbin tells Everything Nash. “He’s one of my good friends. It was just heartbreaking when he passed, just too early. We always played [National Finals Rodeo] together out there, with the Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation. And I always looked forward to that show, not only ’cause it was Vegas — we have a good time — but I got to hang out with Daryle. I was just always a huge fan of his music and his voice. He was a singer’s singer for sure.”
Corbin will likely perform new music while performing at the Daryle Singletary Keeping It Country Jam. The singer just announced his 14-track new album, Let’s Do Country Right, out on January 20 on Stone Country Records.
More artists are expected to be announced in the near future. Tickets for the Daryle Singletary Keeping It Country Jam begin at $30, and can be purchased by emailing [email protected]. More information is available here.
