Home Free is heading back to the Grand Ole Opry in November, for two special nights! The all-vocal group will play the Grand Ole Opry on Tuesday, November 19 and Friday, November 22.
The news comes after Home Free just performed another show at one of their favorite venues, the Ryman Auditorium, as part of their Crazy(er) Life Tour.
“Coming off one of our best shows of the year at the Mother Church, we were invited to return to the Grand Ole Opry for our 27th and 28th performances at the legendary venue,” Home Free says. “It’s always an honor to be invited to Country Music’s biggest stage. It’s been a real whirlwind.”
Now more experienced at performing at the famed Grand Ole Opry, the group members are able to enjoy the experience a lot more than they did early in their career.
“It never gets old … It’s nice to finally do this, and not have our knees knocking together on our way in,” Foust previously told Everything Nash.
Home Free will likely perform songs from their forthcoming Any Kind Of Christmas album, out on November 1. The 13-track record, a combination of new songs and beloved classics, marks the first full album with Home Free’s newest member, Adam Bell-Bastien, who replaced Austin Brown earlier this year. A new song, “Let Me Come Home,” written by Foust and Bell-Bastien, is out now.
“There are so many Christmas and holiday albums that are really special to us and our families – the type that we revisit year after year,” Home Free says. “We hope that’s what this album becomes for you.”
Home Free will embark on their Any Kind of Christmas Tour on November 29, wrapping up on December 22.
“We’re adding 18 new shows to the docket, where we’ll be rockin’ around the Christmas Tree, decking all the halls, and jinglin’ every bell,” Home Free said when the tour was announced. “We’ll be playing songs both old and new, and spreading that special, indescribable holiday cheer. It’s the warmth in your belly on a cold winter night by the fire. It’s the sensation of watching the kids rip open their presents, beaming with joy. And we’re so dang lucky to be able to share it with y’all.”
