Home Free Might Let Fans Decide the Songs on Tour in 2025 [EXCLUSIVE]

Home Free is teasing something new in 2025. The all-vocal group reveals, while on the Country Music Cruise, that they are planning a big, and very unique, tour later this year.

“I’ll say that we are toying around with the idea later in the year of possibly doing a tour in which every show is different, and the setlist is dictated by the fans,” Tim Foust hints to Everything Nash.

Adam Bastien replaced Austin Brown in 2024. Foust admits that the idea of the new tour will be more of a challenge for him, who joined over the summer.

“It’s easier for four of us than the guy who’s been here for eight months now,” Foust acknowledges.

It might be harder for Bastien, but the talented singer is more than ready for the challenge, thanks in large part to the other Home Free members.

“It’s been really great,” Bastien maintains. “I’ve been given really good learning tracks from these guys, and everything is split up really nicely. I’ve got my part in the left ear, and all their parts in the right ear. So it makes it pretty easy for me to learn my parts. And we’re also in the process right now of doing some new material, so I get to create with them, versus just putting my voice on something that they already know. It’s been a lot of fun.”

A new tour isn’t the only thing Home Free is planning in 2025. They also have another record in the works, which will likely be released later this year.

“We always have a new album coming out. But we’re working on a very special project right now, that in some ways is a departure for us. In some ways,” Foust teases.

This was Home Free’s second consecutive year on the Country Music Cruise, but their first with Bastien. Diehard country music fans, Home Free was part of a stellar lineup this year that included Neal McCoy John Michael MontgomeryDeana CarterThe Bellamy BrothersDiamond RioJamie O’Neal and many more.

“Just getting to see all this amazing talent everywhere you look,” Foust says. “Every minute of every day, there’s something magically happening musically.”

“I’m loving it,” Bastien adds. “It’s been amazing. I feel like the best part for me is that it’s a collection of ’90s nostalgia. All of these concerts we get to see. It’s like memory lane every night. It’s been incredible.”

The lineup for the 2026 Country Music Cruise includes McCoy, Josh Turner, Patty Loveless, Randy Owen, Shenandoah and more. The cruise will set sail on January 25 from Ft. Lauderdale, and visit Grand Turk and St. Thomas, returning on February 1. Cabins will be available beginning on February 6. Find more information at CountryMusicCruise.com.
