Jon Pardi will soon be a father of two! The 38-year-old reveals that he and his wife, Summer, will welcome their second child later this year. The couple is already parents to daughter, Presley Fawn, who will turn one in February.
“Good thing we have that extra guest room,” Pardi captioned a video shared on social media, announcing the good news. “We can’t wait to fill this home with all of the love from our little family of four.”

The Pardis, who wed in 2020, were open about their struggles to get pregnant before the arrival of their first child.
“It was definitely an interesting two years of ups and downs — the constant letdown month after month can really be hard on a couple,” Summer told People . “After years of no luck and meeting with doctors who just didn’t feel like the right fit, we decided to take a break, leave it in God’s hands and just enjoy each other and this crazy, fun life we live together … and then surprise, we’re pregnant!”
Pardi is heading into 2024 as the newest member of the Grand Ole Opry. The California native was inducted by Garth Brooks into the Grand Ole Opry in October.
“It’s full circle,” Pardi said at the time. “My hero that I watched fly around in an arena is right behind me … It’s crazy that Garth is right here. I don’t even know what to say. I love the Opry. I love being a part of the family.”
Pardi is also entering into 2024 sober, after quietly giving up drinking in 2023.
“I was pre-diabetic and I was just like, I gotta stop,” Pardi shared on Amazon Music’s Country Heat Weekly podcast (via Country Now). “But I will say I’m retired. Doesn’t mean I can’t come out of retirement, but for right now it’s been great.”
The singer-songwriter gave up alcohol mostly for his health, but admits that he also likes his appearance more, now that he stopped imbibing.
“[The weight] just fell off my face,” Pardi shared. “I really was getting to the point where every picture, every video, I was so unhappy with myself and it was just like, where I was going, I needed to just take a break.”
Pardi has a new single at radio, “Cowboys and Plowboys,” a duet with Luke Bryan. The song is from a forthcoming new album.
“I’ve always looked up to Luke as a songwriter and an artist, and he’s a great friend,” Pardi said when the song was released. “We’ve been on tour together and he’s been someone that has inspired me along the way and always had my back. We’ve been excited to put this song out for a long time, and I can’t wait for people to hear it.”
