The CMT Music Awards nominations are out, with Kane Brown leading the list of nominees with four nods. The “Leave You Alone” singer is nominated for two CMT Performance of the Year trophies, for both his “Ride Wit Me” performance with Nelly, Blanco Brown and Breland, from CMT Crossroads: Nelly & Friends, and his cover of Randy Travis‘ “Three Wooden Crosses,” from the 2021 CMT Artists of the Year ceremony. He is also nominated for Male Video of the Year and the night’s highest honor, Video of the Year, both for “One Mississippi.”

Kelsea Ballerini and Mickey Guyton both received three nominations, as did first-time nominees, Breland and Cody Johnson. Ballerini is nominated for CMT Performance of the Year, for her “I Quit Drinking” collaboration with Paul Klein of LANY, from the 2021 CMT Music Awards. She is also nominated for Collaborative Video of the Year and Video of the Year, both for “Half of my Hometown” with Kenny Chesney.

Guyton is also nominated in the CMT Performance of the Year category, for her “Friendship Train” performance with Gladys Knight and Breland, from the 2021 CMT Music Awards. Guyton also received nods for Female Video of the Year and Video of the Year, both for “Remember Her Name.”

In addition to Breland’s formerly mentioned nominations, he is also nominated for Breakthrough Video of the Year, for “Cross Country.” Johnson is nominated in the CMT Digital-First Performance of the Year category, for “Dear Rodeo,” from CMT Campfire Sessions. He also received nods for Male Video of the Year and Video of the Year, both for “‘Til You Can’t.”

Carrie Underwood, who currently holds the title of the artist with the most CMT Music Awards, received two nominations, for Collaborative Video of the Year and Video of the Year, both with Jason Aldean for their “If I Didn’t Love You” duet
