Keith Urban is hitting the road! The New Zealand native just announced his High and Alive World Tour, kicking off on May 22nd in Orange Beach, Alabama. Urban will perform all over the United States, wrapping up on October 17 in his hometown of Nashville, Tennessee, joined for all shows by Chase Matthew, Alana Springsteen and Karley Scott Collins.
“Playing live is what I live to do,” says Urban. “Looking out from a stage and seeing people singing, forgetting about all the stress in their lives, cutting loose, and feeling ALIVE – that’s what it’s about for me. Lots of hits, new songs, things we won’t even think about until we’re onstage – and loads of guitar. We’re gonna make this tour the best night of your life!”
Urban also announced the news in a video shared on social media.

The 57-year-old previously hinted he was eager to tour in support of his latest HIGH album, which was released in September.
“I love writing songs,” Urban shares on the Today Show. “The next song is what I’m interested in, recording the next album, putting the next tour together. I’m so excited about the tour next year, The High Tour, which we’re gonna do in 2025, and be announcing shortly. I’m so ready for that.”
Before Urban launches his High and Alive World Tour, he will play five more shows in Las Vegas in February, as part of his HIGH in Vegas residency, which began with five shows in October. The residency follows his former Keith Urban: The Las Vegas Residency, which he extended due to fan demand.
“I resisted a residency in Vegas for a few years. We got asked to come there quite a few years ago,” Urban previously told Billboard. “I just didn’t think I would like it because in my head, it just seemed like the word residency just felt like, ‘Oh, you’re just doing the same show in the same place night after night after night,’ and that just sounded like an episode of Severance to me. But when we saw the Colosseum, I was ‘Oh my God, I think we’ll have a blast in here.’ I was surprised how much I loved it.”
HIGH, his first record since The Speed of Now Part 1 came out in 2020, has uptempo, feel-good songs like “Go Home W U,” his duet with Lainey Wilson, “Wildside,” his current Top 10 single, “Messed Up As Me,” and more.
“I realized that I need them,” Urban says, explaining why he made the record so positive. “I need them to keep me from the negativity, the darkness, the insecurity, the depression, all of it. I’ve got to stay in motion. And I think those songs can sometimes be whistling in the dark songs for me. They’re a way to keep me company in the midst of all the darkness, and keep me moving. That may not be who I am, but they’re who I need to be to keep moving.”
