We now know when Lainey Wilson‘s Bell Bottoms Up Bar will open. The reigning CMA and ACM Entertainer of the Year revealed in a video shared on social media that the new bar, restaurant and music venue will open by the end of the month, to coincide with her headlining show on June 1 at Ascend Amphitheater in Nashville.
“My new restaurant and bar, [Bell Bottoms Up] is open for business May 31!” Wilson captioned the video. “Yank up them britches and make plans to check it out on Broadway before my Country’s Cool Again Tour kicks off that weekend in Nashville!”
In the video, Wilson gives just a glimpse of what fans can expect from her Bell Bottoms Up Bar. Her new space is located at 120 Third Avenue South, in downtown Nashville.

Wilson’s Bell Bottoms Up Bar is taking over the spot where the former FGL House was located. After the once-popular bar suddenly closed, Wilson announced that she was opening a new spot in its place, in partnership with TC Restaurant Group, home to Jason Aldean‘s Kitchen + Rooftop Bar, Luke Bryan‘s 32 Bridge Food + Drink, Miranda Lambert‘s Casa Rosa and more.
“I’m so excited to announce Bell Bottoms Up, which will be opening later this summer,” Wilson said when the news was revealed. “I’ve always wanted to create a destination for all my fans to visit and create new memories at, in the heart of country music city. So, to have a permanent destination in Nashville, is such a dream come true. I can’t wait for all my Wild Horses to get to experience my home away from home.”
Wilson is also working on new music. The Louisiana native just released “Hang Tight Honey,” the debut single from her forthcoming Whirlwind album, out on August 23.
“I’ve been runnin’ the roads nonstop for a few years now and I ain’t gonna lie to y’all, sometimes it can be tough being away from home that much,” Wilson said when the song was released. “At the same time, remembering what ‘home’ is and the things that I get to do for the ones I love because of the work I put in, is what keeps me going and makes it all worthwhile. This one’s an anthem for the hard working men and women that get up every dang day and put in long hours to make a life worth living for the ones they love most.”
The record, which follows her 2022 Bell Bottom Country project, derived its name from Wilson’s own experience, after her career exploded with the release of her debut single, “Things A Man Oughta Know” in 2020.
“The word that I keep using to describe what these past few years have been like is ‘whirlwind,’” Wilson said ahead of the ACM Awards, where she also won Female Artist of the Year and Music Event of the Year, the latter for her “Save Me” collaboration with Jelly Roll. “It has been a crazy ride. I feel like, I’ve been in Nashville for 13 years, and the last three — the ten before that prepared me for the last three, I guess you could say. It’s fast-paced, it keeps you on your toes, but it’s fun.”
Bell Bottoms Up Bar will feature Cajun cuisine, a nod to Wilson’s Louisiana roots. The 27,000-square-foot space boasts two stages, four bars, plus a mezzanine floor with a lounge bar, overlooking the first-floor stage and dining area. A basement-level space will open later this summer. Updates can be found at BellBottomsUpBar.com.
