Lainey Wilson Announces Country’s Cool Again Headlining Tour

Lainey Wilson is heading out on tour in 2024, as the headlining act! The “Watermelon Moonshine” singer announces her Country’s Cool Again Tour, kicking off on May 31 in Nashville, Tennessee. Jackson Dean, Ian Munsick, and Zach Top will join Wilson as her opening acts on select dates.

“Nothing gets me buzzin’ like putting on a show and singing along with the crowd,”  Wilson says. “I want to give a big thank you to all of the fans who have continuously showed up and showed out this year. We can’t wait to see you nationwide on the “Country’s Cool Again Tour!”

Wilson is nominated for nine CMA Awards, more than any other artist, including for the night’s highest honor, Entertainer of the Year. It’s just part of a whirlwind year, which has also included scoring her fifth consecutive No. 1 single and  winning three People’s Choice Country Awards, a year she is still trying to wrap her head around.

“It’s crazy,” Wilson tells the New York Post, talking about being the most-nominated artist at this year’s CMA Awards. “I mean, there’s a few categories where I’m competing with myself. It’s wild. If you would have told little Lainey that this would happen this soon into my career, I would have told you you were lying.”

Wilson is far from an overnight success story. But the years of waiting, living in a camper trailer while she honed her craft as a songwriter and performer, are now paying off, and in a big way.

“I feel like the stars have just aligned,” Wilson says. “But the truth is, I think we worked so hard on the front end of this. It’s been brick by brick for me. It’s been song by song. It has been team member by team member. It has been fan by fan.”

Wilson will also join Morgan Wallen next year on his 2024 One Night At A Time World Tour. See a list of the dates on her Country’s Cool Again Tour below. Tickets will be available to the general public on October 27. Find all of Wilson’s music and tour dates at LaineyWilson.com.
