Lainey Wilson Confirms Bell Bottoms Up Bar in Downtown Nashville

Lainey Wilson is confirming that the rumors are true about her taking over the former FGL House, located in downtown Nashville. Previously owned by Florida Georgia Line, who disbanded in 2022, Wilson announces she will open her own Bell Bottoms Up Bar, located at 120 Third Avenue South, in partnership with TC Restaurant Group.

“I’m so excited to announce Bell Bottoms Up, which will be opening later this summer,” Wilson says. “I’ve always wanted to create a destination for all my fans to visit and create new memories at, in the heart of country music city. So, to have a permanent destination in Nashville, is such a dream come true. I can’t wait for all my Wild Horses to get to experience my home away from home.”

Hearkening to her Louisiana roots, Bell Bottoms Up Bar will feature Cajun cuisine, including her favorite salads, plus menu items such as crawfish, shrimp boils, and boudin, along with crafted cocktails featuring her own favorite drinks.

Per a press release, the 27,000-square-foot venue will feature two stages and four bars, plus a mezzanine floor with a lounge bar that overlooks the first-floor stage and dining area. A rooftop level will boast a ’70s western theme, with a dance floor, disco-inspired decor and frozen drinks. A basement level, which will open later in the summer, will also include craft cocktails, immersive decor and live music.

“We are honored that Lainey has trusted us to deliver a venue that is faithful to her story, fans, and love for country music,”  Grant Burlingame, VP of Operations at TC Restaurant Group. says. “Fans gravitate to Lainey because of her authentic, down-to-earth personality, and Bell Bottoms Up will be a representation of her character and legacy.

“Lainey Wilson is one of the biggest names in country music,” he continues, “and we’re proud to partner with her on a venue that celebrates her genuine mark on the industry and brings another female artist to the forefront of Nashville’s Entertainment District.”

Wilson also shared the exciting news on social media.

“I’m so excited to announce my Bell Bottoms Up Bar which will open later this summer in the heart of country music city!” Wilson writes. “I can’t wait for all my Wild Horses to get to experience my home away from home.”

FGL House opened in 2017, and quietly closed earlier this month. Neither Tyler Hubbard nor Brian Kelley have spoken out about the end of the once-popular bar and music venue, but it is likely due to the fact that they now are both firmly embracing their solo careers.

Wilson just celebrated her seventh consecutive No. 1 single, for “Wildflowers and Wild Horses.” The song is the third single from her sophomore Bell Bottom Countr album. Wilson is expected to announce details on her third record, which includes “Country’s Cool Again,” in the near future.

Wilson will spend part of the year headlining her own Country’s Cool Again Tour. Find “Wildflowers and Wild Horses,” and all of Wilson’s music and upcoming shows at LaineyWilson.com.
