The first round of performers for the CMT Music Awards have been announced! Luke Bryan and Dan + Shay will each perform, along with Ashley McBryde, Little Big Town, Kane Brown and Maren Morris.
Each of the performers are nominated for at least one award. Luke is nominated for Male Video of the Year, for “One Margarita.” Dan + Shay are nominated for three awards: for Duo Video of the Year and Video of the Year, for “I Should Probably Go to Bed,” and Collaborative Video of the Year, for “10,000 Hours” with Justin Bieber.
Ashley ties Dan + Shay with the most nominations, also with three nods. She is nominated for Video of the Year and Female Video of the Year, both for “One Night Standards.” “One Night Standards” also earned Ashley a nomination for CMT Performance of the Year, for her performance of the song at the 2019 CMT Artists of the Year televised special.
Little Big Town is nominated for Video of the Year, for “Sugar Coat,” and Group Video of the Year, for their live performance of “Wine, Beer, Whiskey.”
Kane Brown received two nods for Collaborative Video of the Year, both for “Cool Again,” featuring Nelly, and “One Thing Right” with Marshmello.
Maren Morris received one nod for Female Video of the Year, for “The Bones,” and one as a member of The Highwomen for Group Video of the Year, with “Crowded Table.”
