Luke Bryan is moving his Proud to Be Right Here Tour, scheduled to start in May, until 2021, due to the ongoing coronavirus pandemic. Luke joins a long list of artists who previously announced their tours would be either canceled or postponed because of COVID-19, including Lady A, Thomas Rhett, Reba McEntire, Jason Aldean and more.
Luke announced the news on social media.
“With the health and safety of my fans, team and venue staff being a top priority we feel it is best to postpone my [Proud to Be Right Here] Tour and are excited to announce these new 2021 dates,” Luke posted. “For tickets and more information go to LukeBryan.com/tour.”

The news comes shortly after Luke dropped his new single, “Build Me a Daddy.” The song is from his upcoming Born Here, Live Here, Die Here album, scheduled to be released on August 7.
“[Build Me a Daddy] tells the story of a boy and his dad in a beautiful and emotional way,” Luke said. “I hope this song and this story touches you, in the same way it touched me.”
