Scotty McCreery Announces UK Tour: ‘It’s Been Too Long’

Scotty McCreery is heading overseas! The 30-year-old just announced his headlining UK Tour in 2025, performing in England, Scotland and Northern Ireland.

“It’s been too long and I cannot wait to come back to the UK,” said McCreery. “We’ve had so many e-mails and social media posts from fans asking us to return, and I’m happy to say ‘we’re coming!’ I’ve never been to Belfast or Birmingham before, and I am looking forward to visiting those cities. I’ve only been to Glasgow as part of C2C a few years ago, so I’m excited to come on my own. And the band and I had a blast the last time we were in London and Manchester, so I knew we had to come back there. It’s always special to come and perform in the UK!”

It was McCreery’s earlier UK Tour when he became a big fan of Callista Clark, whom he joins on the new duet, “Gettin’ Old,” out now. The cinematic video was just released.

“I first met Callista on a UK tour we did together a few years ago,” McCreery said at a recent media event. “She was opening the shows for us. I was just blown away by her songwriting and her stage presence, and her voice is just ridiculous. The runs she can do, I think I would fall over if I tried to do what she does with her voice. She’s so talented and has something she wants to share with the world.

“So when she sent the song over, I fell in love with it, and was just honored that she wanted me to sing on it,” he added. “So I’m excited for folks to hear it. It’s a great song. She wrote one heck of a song, and I’m excited for people to hear it.”

McCreery will likely perform songs from his latest Rise & Fall album, which was released earlier this year, including his current hit single, “Fall of Summer.”

“Every album until this one, I’ve just picked a song title that I thought represented kind of where we’re at or the lead single,” McCreery said at a media event celebrating the release of Rise and Fall. “But this one, something felt different, and I didn’t think there was a song title that totally captured the feeling that I had for the whole project. And I’m old school; I know it’s a single-driven world nowadays, but I want my album to tell a story, start to finish.”

The North Carolina native is spending the next few months on his headlining Fall of Summer Tour, which wraps up on December 7. He will also perform as part of this year’s Opry Country Christmas.

Tickets for McCreery’s headlining UK Tour will go on sale beginning on Friday, September 20, at 10:00 AM local time. Find all of McCreery’s music and upcoming shows at ScottyMcCreery.com.
